We celebrate breakthroughs as sudden flashes of genius. But most of history’s biggest leaps began as small, uncertain steps taken by people who had no idea where the road would lead.
This is so simple, but so powerful. Was reading something about having direction v/s structure. And while absence of the former can be daunting; structuring, or thinking about immediate next steps can be a relief. And rewarding, as you say!
